Makes 🢒 HUMMER 🢒 2008 🢒 H2 🢒 Body Repair 🢒 Bolted Exterior Body Panels and Closures 🢒 Hood Handle Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 856695 Size: SH
  3. Remove the fasteners (1) retaining the hood handle to the hood.
  4. Remove the hood handle (2) from the hood.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  1. Align the hood handle to the hood.

    2. Object Number: 856695 Size: SH
  2. Install the fasteners (1) retaining the hood handle to the hood.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .
  4. Close the hood.
