Makes 🢒 HUMMER 🢒 2009 🢒 H2 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, or 7.0L 🢒 Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 794680 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine mount. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Left Side.
  2. Remove the engine mount bracket bolts.
  3. Remove the engine mount bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 794680 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine mount bracket.
  2. Perform the following procedure prior to installing the engine mount bracket bolts:
    3. • Remove all traces of the original adhesive patch.
    • Clean the threads of the bolt with denatured alcohol or equivalent and allow to dry.
    • Apply threadlocker GM P/N 12345382 (Canadian P/N 10953489) or equivalent to the bolts.

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the engine mount bracket bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the engine mount bracket bolts to 75 N·m (55 lb ft).

  4. Install the engine mount. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Left Side.
