Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the non-functional air inlet caps. Refer to Non-Functional Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 837038 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the wiper hose connection (1).
  4. Using a flat-bladed tool, remove the push-in retainers (2).
  5. Remove the side fasteners.
  6. Using a flat-bladed tool, release the 4 retainers (3) securing the air inlet grille to the vehicle.
  7. Remove the air inlet grille from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 837038 Size: SH
  1. Align the air inlet grille to the vehicle, and secure grille by ensuring all 4 retainers (3) are properly seated.
  2. Connect the washer hose connection (1).
  3. Install the push-in retainers.

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Install the side fasteners.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  5. Install the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement.
  6. Install the non-functional air inlet caps. Refer to Non-Functional Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement.
