Liftgate Applique Replacement for HUMMER H2 2009

1. Open the liftgate.
2. Remove the high mounted stop lamp. Refer to High Mount Stop Lamp Replacement.



3. Remove all the fasteners (1,2) retaining the applique to the liftgate.
4. Remove the liftgate applique from the liftgate.

1. Align the liftgate applique to the liftgate.



2. Install the outer applique fasteners (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Install the inner applique fasteners (2).

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

4. Install the high mounted stop lamp. Refer to High Mount Stop Lamp Replacement.
5. Close the liftgate.
