Makes 🢒 HUMMER 🢒 2009 🢒 H2 🢒 Body Hardware and Trim 🢒 Exterior Trim 🢒 Rear Body Opening Frame Load Floor Grate Drain Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Swing the spare tire carrier fully outward.
  2. Open the endgate.
  3. Open the midgate and release the midgate weatherstrip from the lower pinch-weld flange.

    4. Object Number: 1412532 Size: SH
  4. Remove the floor tie down bracket bolts (1).
  5. Remove the tie down loops (2).
  6. Lift the rear body opening frame floor from the body.

    7. Object Number: 1412529 Size: SH
  7. With a flat-bladed tool, pry the floor drain (1) gently upward in order to release the drain from the cargo box.
  8. Remove the drain valve (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1412529 Size: SH
  1. Position the drain valve (2) to the floor opening.

  2. Push downward in order to secure the drain valve (1).

  3. Position the rear body opening frame floor to the body.

    4. Object Number: 1412532 Size: SH
  4. Install the cargo tie down loops (2).

    5. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  5. Install the floor tie down loop bolts (1).

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  6. Reposition the lower midgate weatherstrip onto the lower pinch-weld flange.
  7. Close the midgate.
  8. Close the endgate.
  9. Secure the spare tire carrier to the latch assembly.
