Makes 🢒 HUMMER 🢒 2009 🢒 H2 🢒 Body Repair 🢒 Bolted Exterior Body Panels and Closures 🢒 Midgate Window Weatherstrip Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Power down the midgate window.
  2. Open the midgate.
  3. Loosen the rear sail panel screws in order to aid in the removal and installation of the midgate weatherstrip.

    4. Object Number: 1412508 Size: SH
  4. Remove the midgate weatherstrip from the pinch-weld flange and cargo box trim.
  5. Remove the midgate weatherstrip from the midgate opening.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1412508 Size: SH
  1. Install the midgate weatherstrip to the pinch-weld flange. Begin at either side upper corner.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Press the weatherstrip onto the pinch-weld flange, working around the upper midgate opening down to the front edge of the floor cargo liner.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten both sail panel screws to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Close the midgate.
  4. Power the window to the full up position.
  5. Inspect the weatherstrip for wrinkles and correct.
