Makes 🢒 HUMMER 🢒 2009 🢒 H2 🢒 Body Repair 🢒 Bolted Exterior Body Panels and Closures 🢒 Hood Handle Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 856695 Size: SH
  3. Remove the fasteners (1) retaining the hood handle to the hood.
  4. Remove the hood handle (2) from the hood.

Installation Procedure
  1. Align the hood handle to the hood.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 856695 Size: SH
  2. Install the fasteners (1) retaining the hood handle to the hood.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement.
  4. Close the hood.
