Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 839885 Size: SH
  1. Remove the fasteners retaining the radiator to the radiator support.
  2. Remove the fasteners retaining the radiator shroud to the radiator support.
  3. Remove the fasteners retaining the transmission cooler to the radiator support.
  4. Remove the fasteners retaining the power steering cooler to the radiator support.
  5. Remove the fasteners retaining the A/C condenser to the radiator support.
  6. Remove the fasteners retaining the hood retention cables to the radiator support.
  7. Remove the 4 fasteners (1) retaining the radiator support to the vehicle.
  8. Remove the radiator support from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 839885 Size: SH
  1. Align the radiator support in position on the vehicle.
  2. Install the 4 fasteners (1) retaining the radiator support to the vehicle.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the fasteners retaining the A/C condenser to the radiator support.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (7 lb ft).

  4. Install the fasteners retaining the hood retention cables to the radiator support.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (7 lb ft).

  5. Install the fastener retaining the power steering cooler to the radiator support.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (7 lb ft).

  6. Install the fasteners retaining the transmission cooler to the radiator support.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (7 lb ft).

  7. Install the fasteners retaining the radiator shroud to the radiator support.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (7 lb ft).

  8. Install the fasteners retaining the radiator to the radiator support.

    9. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
