Makes 🢒 HUMMER 🢒 2009 🢒 H2 🢒 Body Repair 🢒 Bumpers and Fascias 🢒 Front Bumper Replacement

    Object Number: 824708 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front grille guard, if equipped. Refer to Grille Guard/Brush Guard Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 815434 Size: SH
  2. Remove the 2 lower bolts from the bumper bar.

    3. Object Number: 1453827 Size: SH
  3. Remove the 2 plugs (1) from the front fascia (2).
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector to the daytime running lamps (DRL).

    5. Object Number: 815435 Size: SH
  5. Remove the 2 upper bolts from the bumper bar.
  6. Remove the front bumper assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the front bumper assembly to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 815435 Size: SH
  2. Install the 2 upper bolts to the bumper bar.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 85 N·m (63 lb ft).

  3. Connect the electrical connector to the DRL.

    4. Object Number: 1453827 Size: SH
  4. Install the 2 plugs (1) to the front fascia (2).

    5. Object Number: 815434 Size: SH
  5. Install the 2 lower bolts to the bumper bar.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 85 N·m (63 lb ft).

  6. Install the front grille guard, if equipped. Refer to Grille Guard/Brush Guard Replacement.
