Preliminary Procedure Remove the auxiliary evaporator core. Refer to Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Replacement. Disconnect any wiring connectors.
1	Auxiliary A/C Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt (Qty: 2) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 4 N·m (35 lb in)
2	Auxiliary A/C Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Tip Ensure the new O-rings are used upon installation.
