Preliminary Procedure Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
1	Air Inlet Assembly Screw (Qty: 2) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 1.5 N·m (13 lb in) Procedure Tighten the fasteners equally to ensure the air inlet assembly seats evenly.
2	Air Inlet Assembly (Recirculation Door) Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors. When replacing the Recirculation Door, transfer all necessary components. Re-calibrate the Recirculation Actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration Tip The Recirculation Door is part of the Air Inlet Assembly.

Air Inlet Assembly Screw (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
1.5 N·m (13 lb in)

Tighten the fasteners equally to ensure the air inlet assembly seats evenly.
