Preliminary Procedures

1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
2. Remove the seats. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket and Rear Seat Cushion Replacement .
3. Remove the floor console. Refer to Console Replacement .
4. Remove the front seat belt buckles. Refer to Front Seat Belt Buckle Replacement and Rear Seat Belt Buckle Replacement .
5. Remove the door sill plates. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Plate Replacement and Rear Side Door Sill Plate Replacement .
6. Remove the cowl side trim panels. Refer to Cowl Side Trim Panel Replacement .
