The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
On rare occasions, a SES light and reduced engine power message may be experienced due to DTCs P0030, P0036, P0135, P0141, P1682, and P2101. It may also be noted that the ETC and O2 sensor fuses are not powered up during the concern. These fuses are shown as #46 and #47 in SI documents 1572516 and 1577093.
Recommendation/Instructions:
If the SI diagnostics do not isolate a cause for this concern, remove and re-install the Underhood Electrical Center to reseat the connectors, which may repair this concern.
Important: Follow SI Document ID # 1579935 when removing and re-installing the Underhood Electrical Center. It is extremely important to follow this step by step to prevent damage to the Underhood Electrical Center terminals since they are very delicate.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
