Removal Procedure
- Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
- Gently pull and/or pry in an upward motion, in order to remove the fuel tank pressure sensor from the fuel tank module.
Installation Procedure
- Lightly lubricate the fuel tank pressure sensor seal with clean engine oil.
- Firmly press down on top of the fuel pressure sensor, in order to install the sensor into the fuel tank module.
- Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
Important: Ensure that the fuel pressure sensor sits between the alignment feature in the fuel tank module.
