Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the floor shift control knob. Refer to Floor Shift Control Knob Replacement .
2. Remove the console upper trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Upper Console Trim Plate Replacement .
3. Disconnect the transmission range selector cable from the floor shift control. Refer to Range Selector Lever Cable Replacement .
