Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front headlamp assemblies. Refer to Headlamp Replacement
2. Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement
3. Remove the front wheelhouse panels. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement

Front Bumper Bracket Bolts to Frame (Qty: 4)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
40 N·m (30 lb ft)

Tow Hook Bracket Bolts (Qty: 4)

Tighten
85 N·m (63 lb ft)

Disconnect any electrical connectors before attempting to remove the bumper assembly.
