Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the windshield washer solvent container assembly. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement
2. Disconnect the washer pump jumper hose from the washer pump spout.
3. Using 2 flat-bladed tools, pry the washer pump from the windshield washer solvent container.
4. Discard the washer pump container grommet.
