Tire Pressure Monitoring Will Not Learn With DTC C0775 - keywords antenna BCM code ground program sensor short TPM wire

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Some customers may comment on a "SERVICE TIRE MONITOR" warning message displayed in the DIC and upon inspection technicians may find a "DTC C0775 Low Tire Pressure System Sensors Not Learned" stored in the BCM. This may be caused by the RKE/TPM antenna wire being shorted to ground. This antenna wire is not shown in the wiring schematics within SI, however, the following may be helpful when trying to diagnose this concern.

Check for the RKE/TPM antenna wire for being shorted to ground. See the picture below of the antenna wire on the BCM.

The antenna wire is a single Black wire that plugs into the BCM.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
