Makes 馃 HUMMER 馃 2009 馃 H3 馃 Engine 馃 Engine Mechanical - 3.7L 馃 Engine Block Plug Installation

    Object Number: 858200 Size: SH
  1. Add sealer GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) to the plug threads.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the engine block coolant plug. Tighten the engine block coolant plug to 50 N路m (37 lb ft).

    3. Object Number: 858327 Size: SH
  3. Add sealer GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) to the plug threads.
  4. Install the engine block oil gallery plugs to front and left of block.
    5. 4.1. Tighten the side engine block oil gallery plugs to 35 N路m (26 lb ft).
    4.2. Tighten the front (1) engine block oil gallery plug to 80 N路m (40 lb ft).

  5. Add sealer GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) to the EVAP solenoid bolt threads. Tighten the EVAP solenoid bolt to 10 N路m (89 lb in).

    6. Object Number: 1548258 Size: SH
  6. Install the knock sensor. Tighten the knock sensor to 25 N路m (18 lb ft).

    7. Object Number: 1875393 Size: SH
  7. Add sealer GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) to the crankshaft position sensor bolt.
  8. Install the crankshaft position sensor and bolt. Tighten the crankshaft position sensor bolt to 10 N路m (89 lb in).

    9. Object Number: 858211 Size: SH
  9. Install the oil pressure switch. Tighten the oil pressure switch to 20 N路m (15 lb ft).
