Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the endgate upper finish molding cap. Refer to Endgate Upper Finish Molding End Cap Replacement.
2. Remove the endgate liner panel bolts and paner. Refer to Pickup Box Endgate Liner Replacement.
3. Remove the pickup box endgate latch bezel. Refer to Pickup Box Endgate Latch Handle Bezel Replacement.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
