Preliminary Procedures

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.

Brake Caliper Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
195 N·m (144 lb ft)

Tip
Do NOT disconnect the hydraulic brake flexible hose from the caliper.

Tip
Road test the vehicle in order to burnish the brake pads. Refer to Brake Pad and Rotor Burnishing.
