Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1837496 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the left front seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the inclination sensor.
  4. Remove the inclination sensor from the bracket by sliding the sensor rearward.
  5. Remove the bracket by removing the bolts, if needed.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1855665 Size: SH
  1. Install the inclination sensor in the bracket with bolts (1).

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the inclination sensor bracket bolts to 10 N m (7 lb ft).

  2. Install the inclination sensor on the bracket.
  3. Connect the connector of inclination sensor.
  4. Install the left front seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
