Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Remove the radiator grille upper cover.

    3. Object Number: 1758339 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bolts and the headlamp assembly.

    4. Object Number: 1758341 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the headlamp assembly electrical connectors.

    5. Object Number: 1758342 Size: SH
  5. Remove the cap that conceals the headlamp bulb.
  6. Disconnect the headlamp bulb electrical connectors.
  7. Remove the headlamp bulbs.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1758342 Size: SH
  1. Install the headlamp bulbs.
  2. Connect the headlamp bulb electrical connectors.
  3. Install the cap that conceals the headlamp bulbs.

    4. Object Number: 1758341 Size: SH
  4. Connect the headlamp assembly electrical connectors.

    5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1758339 Size: SH
  5. Install the headlamp assembly with the bolts.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the headlamp assembly bolts to 7 N·m (62 lb in).

  6. Install the radiator grille upper cover.
  7. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
