Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 1795365  Size: SH
  1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
  2. Important: Repairing a damaged accessory drive belt pulley should not be attempted under any circumstances.

    Important: The accessory drive belt tensioner pulley is not serviced separately. If the pulley is found to be faulty, the entire tensioner assembly must be replaced.

  3. Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner.
  4. Disconnect the breather hose and positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose from the cylinder head cover.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 1795365  Size: SH
  1. Install the accessory drive belt tensioner assembly (1).
  2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the accessory drive belt tensioner bolts (2).
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the accessory drive belt tensioner attaching bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  5. Connect the breather hose and PCV hose.
  6. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
