Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 1760903 Size: SH

    Warning: Do not breathe the air through the EVAP component tubes or hoses. The fuel vapors inside the EVAP components may cause personal injury.

  1. Remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister assembly. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement.
  2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the EVAP canister vent hose from the EVAP canister filter.
  3. Remove the EVAP canister filter by unclipping the clips from the canister bracket.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP canister filter to the EVAP canister bracket.
  2. Connect the EVAP canister vent hose to the EVAP canister filter.
  3. Install the EVAP canister assembly. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement.
