For 1990-2009 cars only
- Assemble all components in the reverse order of the disassembly procedure. Note orientation of all valves, sleeves and solenoids.
- Tighten all retaining bolts to the correct torque specification.
- To prevent dust contamination, store assembled control valve body in a clean plastic bag, until transmission is reassembled.
Important: The TCC PWM Solenoid is not to be installed until the TCC Solenoid has been installed and the retaining bolts torqued to specification. This operation occurs during the installation of the control valve body to the transmission case.
Tighten
| • | Tighten the pressure control solenoid bracket to valve body bolt to 12 N·m. |
| • | Tighten the forward accumulator cover to valve body bolt to 12 N·m. |
