Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 2009905 Size: SH
  1. Remove the battery and tray.
  2. Remove the air filter housing.
  3. Remove the oil cooler pipe line bolts (1, 2) from the transaxle.
  4. Remove the oil cooler pipe support bracket bolt (3).

    5. Object Number: 2009906 Size: SH
  5. Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
  6. Place a drain pan or suitable container under the vehicle.
  7. Disconnect the hoses from the radiator side.
  8. Remove the oil cooler line assembly.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 2009906 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil cooler line assembly to the transaxle.
  2. Connect the hoses to the radiator side.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2009905 Size: SH
  3. Install the oil cooler pipe support bracket bolt (3).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the oil cooler pipe support bracket bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the oil cooler pipe line bolts (1, 2) to the transaxle.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the oil cooler pipe line bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  5. Install the air filter housing.
  6. Install the battery and tray.
  7. Check the fluid level.
