Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the radiator grille. Refer to Radiator Grille Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1949752 Size: SH
  2. Raise the securing lock (3) from the radiator support bracket (2) by 10 mm on both sides.
  3. Remove the radiator support bracket (2) from the radiator slide pin assembly (1) on both sides.

    4. Object Number: 2084227 Size: SH

    Important: Care must be taken when tilting the radiator assembly (2) away from the front end panel (1), as excessive force may damage the radiator assembly (2).

  4. Tilt the radiator assembly (2) away from the front end panel (1).
  5. Insert a suitable holding device between the front end panel (1) and the radiator assembly (2).

  6. Place a suitable container under the rear window washer pump (2).

    7. Important: Take care not to damage the condenser cooling fins when removing the rear window washer pump hose (1).

    Important: Take care not to puncture the rear window washer pump hose (1) when removing it from the rear window washer pump (2).

  7. Disconnect the rear window washer pump hose (1) from the rear window washer pump (2).

  8. Disconnect the rear window washer pump electrical connector (1) from the rear window washer pump (2).

    9. Important: Take care not to damage the condenser cooling fins when removing the rear window washer pump (2).

    Important: Inspect the rear window washer pump inlet port rubber seal (3) for damage and replace as necessary.

  9. Remove the rear window washer pump (2) from the washer solvent container (5) .

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2050862 Size: SH

    Important: Take care not to damage the condenser cooling fins when Installing the rear window washer pump (2).

  1. Install the rear window washer pump inlet port rubber seal (3) onto the rear window washer pump inlet port (4).
  2. Install the rear window washer pump (2) to the washer solvent container (5) making sure the rear window washer pump inlet port (4) is securely seated into the solvent container (5).
  3. Connect the rear window washer pump electrical connector (1) to the rear window washer pump (2).

    Important: Take care not to damage the condenser cooling fins when installing the rear window washer pump hose (1).

    Important: Take care not to puncture the rear window washer pump hose (1) when installing it to the rear window washer pump (2).

  4. Connect the rear window washer pump hose (1) to the rear window washer pump (2).

    5. Object Number: 2084227 Size: SH
  5. Remove the holding device between the radiator assembly (2) and front end panel (1).
  6. Position the radiator assembly (2) towards the front end panel (1) to its original position.

    7. Object Number: 1949779 Size: SH
  7. Install the radiator support bracket (2) to the radiator slide pin assembly (1) on both sides.
  8. Push the securing lock (3) into the radiator support bracket (2) making sure it is correctly seated on both sides.
  9. Install the radiator grille. Refer to Radiator Grille Replacement.
  10. Fill the washer solvent container with solvent.
  11. Check the operation of the rear window washer and make sure there are no solvent leaks.
