If a new telematics module has been installed or a vehicle has had the telematics system activated, the correct system software level must be selected (GM Fleetview, Secure or Assist Ultra). This process is incorporated into the initial programming of the telematics module.

If a new telematics module has been installed or a vehicle has had the telematics system activated, it must be registered with the Telematics Call Centre:

1. After the new telematics module has been installed, turn on the ignition and make a call to the Telematics Call Centre using the following telephone number: 1 300 725 330.
2. When the Telematics Call Centre operator answers, inform the operator who you are and what retail outlet you are from, and that you have just installed a new telematics module into the vehicle. You will also be required to provide the operator with the complete VIN and, if the vehicle is registered, the registration number of the vehicle.
3. The new telematics module is now registered to this vehicle.

1. After the new telematics module has been installed, turn on the ignition and make a call to the Telematics Call Centre using the following telephone number: 1 300 880 088.
2. When the Telematics Call Centre operator answers, inform the operator who you are and what retail outlet you are from, and that you have just installed a new telematics module into the vehicle. You will also be required to provide the operator with the complete VIN and, if the vehicle is registered, the registration number of the vehicle.
3. The new telematics module is now registered to this vehicle.

2. When the Telematics Call Centre operator answers, inform the operator who you are and what retail outlet you are from, and that you have just installed a new telematics module into the vehicle. You will also be required to provide the operator with the complete VIN and, if the vehicle is registered, the registration number of the vehicle.
3. The new telematics module is now registered to this vehicle.
