Makes 🢒 Holden 🢒 2008 🢒 VE Ute 🢒 Preface 🢒 Cautions and Notices 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Installation - Left Side

    Object Number: 1957824 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW exhaust manifold gasket (1) and NEW sealing ring (3) to the exhaust manifold (2).

    2. Notice: Refer to Exhaust System Inspection Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the exhaust manifold assembly to the engine.

    3. Object Number: 1957820 Size: SH

    Important: DO NOT fully tighten the exhaust manifold to cylinder head retaining bolts (1) at this stage.

  3. Install the NEW exhaust manifold to cylinder head retaining bolts (1).

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Tighten the exhaust manifold to cylinder head retaining bolts (1) working from the centre to the outside.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
