Makes 🢒 Holden 🢒 2009 🢒 VE Ute 🢒 Body Repair 🢒 Bolted Exterior Body Panels and Closures 🢒 Fuel Tank Filler Door Hinge Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the fuel filler door. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Door Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 2008011 Size: SH
  2. Using a suitable tool, detach the fuel cap cable retaining lug (3).
  3. Remove the fuel filler door hinge to body retaining screws (1).
  4. Remove the fuel filler door hinge (2) from the body (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2008011 Size: SH
  1. Position the fuel filler door hinge (2) to the body (4)

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the fuel filler door hinge to body retaining screws (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Attach the fuel cap cable retaining lug (3).
  4. Install the fuel filler door. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Door Replacement .
