Makes 🢒 Holden 🢒 2009 🢒 VE Ute 🢒 Safety and Security 🢒 Supplemental Inflatable Restraints 🢒 Cargo Box Liner Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the tonneau cover. Refer to Pickup Box Cover Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 2008481 Size: SH
  2. Remove the cargo liner to tie down bracket retaining bolts (2).
  3. Remove the tie down brackets (1) from the cargo liner.

    4. Object Number: 2008480 Size: SH
  4. Remove the cargo liner to tail lamp filler panel retaining scrivets (1). Repeat for opposite side.

    5. Object Number: 2008484 Size: SH
  5. Remove the cargo liner to rear end panel retaining screws (1).

    6. Object Number: 2008487 Size: SH

    Important: Remove the cargo liner (1) by lifting the rear end of the cargo liner and sliding rearwards from the vehicle (2).

  6. Remove the cargo liner (1) from the vehicle (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2008488 Size: SH

    Important: Install the cargo liner (1) by sliding the cargo liner forward and lowering the cargo liner to the rear of the vehicle (2).

  1. Install the cargo liner (1) to the vehicle (2).

    2. Object Number: 2008486 Size: SH
  2. Align the cargo liner (1) to the rear most position of the vehicle body (2).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2008484 Size: SH
  3. Install the cargo liner to rear end panel retaining screws (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).


    Object Number: 2008480 Size: SH
  4. Install the cargo liner to tail lamp filler panel retaining scrivets (1). Repeat for opposite side.

    5. Object Number: 2008481 Size: SH
  5. Install the tie down brackets (1) to the cargo liner.
  6. Install the cargo area to tie down bracket retaining bolts (2). Repeat for opposite side.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 22 N·m (16 lb ft).

  7. Install the tonneau cover. Refer to Pickup Box Cover Replacement .
