Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1448646 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Open the liftgate.
  3. Remove the liftgate lamp access cover.
  4. Remove the liftgate lamp assembly nuts.
  5. Remove the liftgate lamp assembly.
  6. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1448646 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the lamp assembly with the nuts and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).
  3. Install the liftgate lamp access panels.
  4. Close the liftgate.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
