Removal Procedure
- Remove the valve body assembly. Refer to Control Valve Body Replacement.
- Pull out the sealing sleeve (Brake C) using a nail.
- Turn the transaxle by 90 degrees.
- Remove the rear cover bolts.
- Loosen the cover by tapping firmly on the side of the cover.
- Remove the cover.
Warning: Refer to Safety Glasses Warning in the Preface section.
Installation Procedure
- Install the rear cover.
- Install the rear cover bolts and tighten to 23 N·m(17 lb ft).
- Turn the transaxle by 90 degrees.
- Install the sealing sleeve (Brake C).
- Install the valve body assembly. Refer to Control Valve Body Replacement.
