Headlamp Washer Nozzle Replacement LWB

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
2. Remove the headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.



3. Remove the headlamp washer nozzle to headlamp assembly retaining torx bolts (1).
4. Remove the headlamp washer nozzle assembly from the headlamp assembly.

1. Install the head lamp washer nozzle assembly to the headlamp assembly.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the head lamp washer nozzle assembly to headlamp assembly retaining torx bolts (1).

Tighten
Tighten the torx bolts to 1.0 N·m (9.0 lb in).

3. Install the headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.
4. Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
5. Test the operation of the headlamp washer system.
