Rear Side Door Window Replacement Long Wheelbase

1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
3. Remove the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
4. Remove the window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .
5. Carefully lower the window (3) down into the door.
6. Remove the window weatherstrip run channel assembly. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement .



7. Remove the window out though the top of the door.

1. Install the rear door window between the inner and the outer door panels.
2. Position the rear door window in the bottom of the door.



3. Install the window weatherstrip run channel assembly. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement .
4. Align the window (3) into the weatherstrip run channel (4) while raising the window into the full up position.
5. Tape the window to the window frame in the full up position.
6. Install the window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .

Important: Do NOT allow the sealing lips on the outer belt sealing strip to roll over and point downwards. If this condition is present the window will not raise properly.

7. Install the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
8. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
9. Install the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
