Removal Procedure
  1. Lower the endgate window out of the roof rear header seal.
  2. Remove the endgate trim panel. Refer to Endgate Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the endgate inner reinforcement panel. Refer to Endgate Inner Panel Reinforcement Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 1239377 Size: SH
  4. Locate the manual release lever (1), located on the upper and lower left latches (2).
  5. Slide the manual release levers (1) upward to swing open the endgate.
  6. Diagnose and repair the endgate latches.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the endgate inner reinforcement panel. Refer to Endgate Inner Panel Reinforcement Replacement .
  2. Install the endgate trim panel. Refer to Endgate Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Check for proper operation of the endgate latches and window.
