Removal Procedure
  1. Swing open the endgate.
  2. Remove the endgate trim panel. Refer to Endgate Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the inner reinforcement panel. Refer to Endgate Inner Panel Reinforcement Replacement .
  4. Remove the window. Refer to Endgate Window Replacement .

    5. Object Number: 903141 Size: SH
  5. Remove the screws retaining the run channels to the endgate.
  6. Remove the run channels from the endgate.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 903141 Size: SH
  1. Install the run channels to the endgate.
  2. Loosely install the screws retaining the run channels to the endgate.
  3. Install the window. Refer to Endgate Window Replacement .
  4. Lower the window down fully into the endgate.

    5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Finish tightening the screws retaining the run channels to the endgate.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the run channel screws to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  6. Install the inner reinforcement panel. Refer to Endgate Inner Panel Reinforcement Replacement .
  7. Install the endgate trim panel. Refer to Endgate Trim Panel Replacement .
