Radiator Grille Emblem/Nameplate Replacement Envoy, Envoy XUV, TrailBlazer

1. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .
2. Place the grille on a clean, prepared surface.



3. Remove the emblem retaining nuts.
4. Remove the emblem from the grille.

1. Install the emblem to the grille.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the nuts that retain the emblem to the grille.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

3. Install the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .

Radiator Grille Emblem/Nameplate Replacement Rainier

1. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .
2. Place the grille on a clean, prepared surface.
3. Release the tabs (2) on the backside of the emblem (1).
4. Remove the emblem from the grille.

1. Install the emblem (1) into the grille opening until an audible click is heard.
2. Install the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .
