The driver and passenger door modules (DDM PDM), upon receipt of a class 2 message or a direct lock or unlock switch input will supply battery positive voltage to the internal door lock and unlock relays control circuits.
The battery voltage is between 9-16 volts.
During a lock or unlock function, the DDM or PDM detects an internal lock or unlock relay driver circuit is shorted to ground.
The DDM or PDM will cancel any outputs on the door lock or unlock relay control circuits.
