Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 2009 🢒 I-290 🢒 Body Hardware and Trim 🢒 Interior Trim and Paneling 🢒 Front Side Door Window Channel Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.
  3. Raise the front door window.
  4. Remove the front door window weatherstrip from the window run channel. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement.

    5. Object Number: 1257633 Size: SH
  5. Remove the bolt retaining the bottom of the window run channel (2) to the door inner panel.
  6. Slide the upper window run channel tab (1) out of the front door window frame.
  7. Remove the window run channel from the front door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1257633 Size: SH
  1. Install the front door window run channel into the front door.
  2. Install the upper window run channel tab (1) into the front door window frame.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the bolt retaining the bottom of the window run channel (2) to the door inner panel. Tighten the front window run channel bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
  4. Install the front door window weatherstrip to the window run channel. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement.
  5. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.
  6. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
