Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear side access door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear side access door inside handle. Refer to Rear Side Access Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear side access door stationary window. Refer to Body Side Window Replacement .
  4. Remove the rear side access door upper latch. Refer to Rear Side Access Door Latch Replacement - Upper .
  5. Remove the rear side access door lower latch. Refer to Rear Side Access Door Latch Replacement - Lower .
  6. Remove the rear side access door latch control assembly. Refer to Latch Control Assembly Replacement Rear Side Access Door .
  7. Remove the rear side access door weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement Rear Side Access Door .
  8. Remove the rear side access door auxiliary weatherstrip. Refer to Rear Side Access Door Auxiliary Weatherstrip Replacement .
  9. Remove the rear side access door check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement Rear Side Access .
  10. Support the rear side access door.

  11. Remove the bolts retaining the rear side access door hinge to the door.
  12. With an assistant, remove the rear side access door from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1265480 Size: SH
  1. With an assistant, position the rear side access door to the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolts retaining the rear side access door hinge to the door.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the rear side access door hinge bolts to 25 N·m (18.4 lb ft).

  3. Install the rear side access door check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement Rear Side Access .
  4. Install the rear side access door auxiliary weatherstrip. Refer to Rear Side Access Door Auxiliary Weatherstrip Replacement .
  5. Install the rear side access door weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement Rear Side Access Door .
  6. Install the rear side access door latch control assembly. Refer to Latch Control Assembly Replacement Rear Side Access Door .
  7. Install the rear side access door lower latch. Refer to Rear Side Access Door Latch Replacement - Lower .
  8. Install the rear side access door upper latch. Refer to Rear Side Access Door Latch Replacement - Upper .
  9. Install the rear side access door stationary window. Refer to Body Side Window Replacement .
  10. Install the rear side access door inside handle. Refer to Rear Side Access Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  11. Install the rear side access door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  12. Check the rear side access door for proper operation and alignment. Refer to Rear Door Adjustment .
