Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 2008 🢒 I-370 🢒 Body Repair 🢒 Bolted Exterior Body Panels and Closures 🢒 Front Fender Replacement

Removal Procedure

    Notice: When removing body panels, apply tape to corners of panel and adjacent surfaces to help prevent paint damage.

  1. Apply protective tape to the front edge of the front door and the rear edge of the front bumper fascia.
  2. Remove the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 742125 Size: SH
  3. Remove the side hood bumper from the vehicle.

    4. Object Number: 1386197 Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolt that retains the fender reinforcement (2) and the fender (1) to the vehicle.
  5. Remove the fender reinforcement (2).

    6. Object Number: 1313670 Size: SH
  6. Remove the remaining bolts that retain the fender to the vehicle.
  7. Remove the fender from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1313670 Size: SH
  1. Position the fender to the vehicle.

    2. Object Number: 1386197 Size: SH
  2. Install the fender reinforcement (2) to the fender (1).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1313670 Size: SH
  3. Install the bolts that retain the fender to the vehicle.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the hood bumper to the vehicle.
  5. Install the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
  6. Remove the protective tape.
