Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1247022 Size: SH
  1. Position the door window as needed for service.
  2. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  4. Remove the window weatherstrip (3) from the rear door window channel (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1247022 Size: SH
  1. Position the rear door window weatherstrip to the rear door, aligning the locator tab (2) on the weatherstrip to the notch (1) in the door.
  2. Firmly seat the window weatherstrip (3) into the rear door window channel (4).
  3. Inspect the rear door window for proper operation.
  4. Install the rear window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  5. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  6. Close the door window.
