Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1313596 Size: SH
  1. Raise and support the vehicle with suitable safety stands. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  2. Remove the rear bumper from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bumper Replacement.
  3. Mark the location of the bumper bracket to the bumper.
  4. Remove the bolts that retain the bumper bracket to the bumper.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1313596 Size: SH
  1. Install the bumper bracket to the bumper.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bumper bracket retaining bolts to the bumper and tighten the bolts to 160 N·m (118 lb ft).
  3. Install the rear bumper to the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bumper Replacement.
