Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1866130 Size: SH
  1. Remove the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the fuel filter. Refer to Fuel Filter Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the fuel injection fuel return line from the fuel return pipe fitting.
  4. Remove the fuel injection fuel return line clips.
  5. Remove the fuel injection fuel return line from the injectors.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1866130 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel injection fuel return line to the injectors.
  2. Install the fuel injection fuel return line clips.
  3. Connect the fuel injection fuel return line to the fuel return pipe fitting.
  4. Install the fuel filter. Refer to Fuel Filter Replacement .
  5. Install the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement
  6. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming .
  7. Start the engine. If the engine stalls, repeat the above step.
  8. Once the engine starts, inspect for fuel leaks.
