Radio ON, With the J 39916-A clean the cassette player.
Reset the display by pushing and holding the eject button for 5 seconds. Verify radio does not display CLN or CLEAN.

⇒	If radio does display CLN or CLEAN, replace the radio.

Perform the Diagnostic Repair Verification after completing the diagnostic procedure.
