Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 215548 Size: SH
  1. Remove the cluster trim. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1253766 Size: SH
  2. Remove the cluster screws.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  4. Pull up to gain access to air brake gage bracket.
  5. Disconnect from cluster and remove.

Installation Procedure
  1. Connect the electrical connectors.

    2. Object Number: 1253766 Size: SH
  2. Install air brake gage bracket to cluster.
  3. Install the cluster screws.

    4. Object Number: 215548 Size: SH
  4. Install the cluster trim. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
  5. If installing a replacement cluster, program the cluster. Refer to Control Module References .
