Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1401136 Size: SH
  1. Tilt the cab. Refer to Cab Tilting .

    2. Important: Note wire routing prior to removal.

  2. Disconnect the turbocharger vane position sensor electrical connector (1).
  3. Remove the turbocharger vane position sensor connector from the bracket.
  4. Remove the turbocharger vane position sensor from the turbocharger.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1401136 Size: SH
  1. Install the turbocharger vane position sensor to the turbocharger.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the turbocharger vane position sensor connector (1) to the bracket.
  3. Connect the turbocharger vane position sensor electrical connector.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the sensor to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).

  4. Lower the cab.
  5. Perform the turbocharger learn procedure. Refer to Turbocharger Learn .
