Removal Procedure
- Tilt the cab. Refer to Cab Tilting .
- If equipped, loosen the air cleaner duct clamp.
- If equipped, remove the air cleaner duct bracket bolt and remove the air cleaner duct from the air cleaner assembly.
- Loosen the air cleaner assembly duct clamp.
- Remove the air cleaner assembly nuts and the air cleaner assembly from the air cleaner assembly bracket.
- If required, remove the air cleaner assembly bracket nuts and the air cleaner assembly bracket and stud plate from the frame rail.
- If required, loosen the air cleaner assembly connector clamp and remove the air cleaner assembly connector and clamp from the turbocharger.
- If required, remove the 2 bolts and the air cleaner duct tube from the frame.
- If required, remove the 3 bolts and the air cleaner bracket from the frame.
Installation Procedure
- If removed, install the air cleaner bracket to the frame with 3 bolts.
- If removed, install the air cleaner duct tube to the frame with 2 bolts.
- If required, install the air cleaner assembly connector to the turbocharger with the air cleaner assembly connector clamp.
- If required, install the air cleaner assembly bracket to the frame rail with the air cleaner assembly bracket stud plate and nuts.
- Install the air cleaner assembly to the air cleaner assembly bracket with the air cleaner assembly nuts.
- Install the air cleaner assembly duct clamp.
- Lower the cab.
